If you complete our online quote request form the data is used solely to provide you with a quote. The information you submit is never sold to a third party. We will use your email or phone only to contact you for a follow-up or to request more information in order to provide a proposal/quote. We may save your email and other contact information in our records only to follow up with you regarding your request for a proposal/quote or to offer additional services to you. You may request that we remove you from our mailing lists.
Tracking Information When Using Our Web Site & Online Services
We also collect server logs for site statistics through our hosting provider. These logs provide us with the IP address, page visited, time and referring URL. Our web site and online services may also utilize third party applications to provide additional services (such as embedded fonts, customer support). These services may have their own tracking procedures in place that 18th Street Design has no control over. You are encouraged to visit those third party sites to obtain their privacy policies.

18th Street Design has established procedures so that a client's information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. Any request to correct inaccurate information is responded to within a timely manner.
