Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how information about You is collected, used, and disclosed by Your access or use of 18street.com (this Site) or otherwise as a result of Your interactions with 18th Street Design, LLC (Us). By visiting this Site directly or through another site, You accept the terms and conditions of this Policy. This Policy applies to this Site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any website to which this Site links, is embedded or that links to this Site.

Our site uses standard HTTPS encryption.

We collect information from you in several different ways on this Site:

Requesting a Design Quote
To request a design quote, you may be asked to email us information about your request. This type of information is used to communicate with you about your quote request, and for internal marketing purposes. Your email address and any other information you send us via email may be used to contact you or follow up with you regarding the quote information. We may also use your information to market additional services to you. We may store this information in a marketing database. You can request removal of this data by emailing us at hello@18street.com.

We may also automatically collect information about you when you access or use the Site or transact business with Us, including:

  • Analytics and Tracking: We may use Google Analytics to track how well our marketing campaigns are working and what page(s) of our site are visited the most. Google Analytics allows us to view analytical data on how visitors use our site including the browser visitors use, the referring URL, the pages you visit on our site and the type of computer operating system you use. You can opt out of Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Web Server Logs: We obtain information about your use of Our website, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed and your IP address through web hosting server logs maintained and controlled by our third party web hosting provider. Server logs may also collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access Our Site, such as the hardware model and operating system.

Information Use and Disclosure

Communications with You
We will use personal information you provide to us to communicate with you about this Site and/or your requests for support, information or a design quote. We may send you marketing emails, phone calls or postal marketing ads with more information about our company and services if you provide that contact information to us. Also, you may submit your email address for reasons such as to register for a contest/sweepstakes, or to sign up for email newsletters and special offers. If you submit your email address, We use it to deliver the information to you as well as send you additional emails to market our services. You can ask to be removed from our marketing database by emailing us at hello@18street.com or using the unsubscribe option in the marketing email. Because We have to communicate with you about quote requests that you choose to place, you cannot opt out of receiving emails related to your quote requests.

External Use
Except as otherwise set forth in this privacy policy, We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise disclose your specific personal information to anyone other than third party services outlined in this privacy policy.

We may use third party services (such as MailChimp or Constant Contact) to store personal marketing/contact information such as name, email, phone and company name. Those third party services are used to send out marketing emails and marketing materials to our customers and potential customers. Those third party services maintain their own privacy policies and data security, but we make every effort to select third party services that maintain good data security protocols.

We may disclose personal information in response to requests from law enforcement officials conducting investigations; subpoenas; a court order; or if We are otherwise required to disclose such information by law. We also may release personal information where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, or to protect ourselves or others.

Data Security
We strive to take reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. However, it is impossible to create an impenetrable database or security system, so no guarantee or warranty is made or implied that your data and/or personal information is always completely secure.

Opt Out/Corrections
Upon your request, We will (a) correct or update your personal information if we have it stored; (b) and/or stop contacting you with marketing information. You can make these requests by emailing Us at hello@18street.com.
