We at 18th Street Design, LLC are concerned about customer's privacy of their personal information. Personal information includes all of the personally identifying information that is provided to 18th Street Design. 18th Street Design is sensitive to these privacy interests and believes that protecting personal information is important.

Use, Collection and Retention of Client Information

18th Street Design collects, retains and uses only the information about our customers that the customer provides or that is required by law to run our business and provide high-level services to our clients. We retain this information no longer than necessary to meet these objectives.

If you complete our online quote request form the data is used solely to provide you with a quote. The information you submit is never sold to a third party. We will use your email or phone only to contact you for a follow-up or to request more information in order to provide a proposal/quote. We may save your email and other contact information in our records in an online database only to follow up with you regarding your request for a proposal/quote or to offer additional services to you. You may request that we remove you from our mailing lists.

Tracking Information When Using Our Web Site & Online Services

We may use tracking services on our site to track analytical data to determine how well our web pages are working. Analytical data gathered is used internally for our own marketing research. Information including but not limited to your IP address and demographic information related to your IP is logged as well as what pages of our site you access as well as referring web site(s). Analytics tools also may use cookies to track access to our site. Our site primarily uses the Google Analytics system for our analytical analysis. You have the option to opt out of Google Analytics. Third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. For example, we may run ads on Facebook and Google and use pixel tags on our web site to see how effective our ads are running.

We also collect server logs for site statistics through our hosting provider. These logs provide us with the IP address, page visited, time and referring URL. Our web site and online services may also utilize third party applications to provide additional services (such as embedded fonts, customer support). Maintenance of Accurate Information

18th Street Design has established procedures so that a client's information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. Any request to correct inaccurate information is responded to a timely manner.

18th Street Design maintains adequate security standards and procedures to the best of our ability regarding unauthorized access to sensitive customer information such as usernames/passwords for client websites, analytical data and applications.

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information

18th Street Design provides information about customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to third parties only when

the information is provided to help complete a customer initiated transaction,

the customer requires it,

the disclosure is required by/or allowed by law, or

it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

Disclosure of Privacy Principles to Customers

18th Street Design customers have the right to know what information we keep about them and how the information is used. Customers have the right to have any inaccurate information corrected or deleted.
