Midlands Workforce Development Board Selects 18th Street Design for Web Site, TV Commercial and Billboard Artwork
18th Street Design (www.18street.com) announced today that the Midlands Workforce Development Board, the Workforce Investment Act Administrative (WIA) unit for Richland, Lexington and Fairfield Counties, South Carolina, has selected 18th Street Design to create a new web presence, several television commercial spots to showcase their services and a billboard art design.

18th Street Design will design a new web presence for the Midlands Workforce Development Board that features ease of use and graphical appeal. In addition, 18th Street will design several thirty second commercial spots for the agency to showcase their WorkKeys services and certification card program. Billboard artwork will also be created to market their services.

Partner agencies include local area school districts, county social service providers, the state vocational rehabilitative agency, the state Employment Security Commission, local community action council, private non-profits. The services to be provided to both youth age’s 14 to 21 and adults ages 21 and over include job readiness and motivation, job search assistance, job placement and job retention services.
