Columbia Chamber of Commerce Awards Re-Design Contract to 18th Street Design

18th Street Design (www.18street.com) announced today that the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the city's chamber that helps create and promote an environment where businesses can flourish through an integrated series of programs and services by providing tangible benefits to more than 2300 members, has selected 18th Street Design to re-design the overall look and feel of their corporate web presence.

"Our challenge was to create a design that not only had visual appeal but worked within the chamber's existing content management architecture and provided a fast loading and enjoyable experience for the visitor to the site. ", stated Jay Wingard, Creative Director of 18th Street Design.  "We feel we have created a new site that accomplishes an attractive look and feel without compromising overall integration with the CMS system."

18th Street Design will re-design the existing web presence for the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce to include a new interface with subtle flash animation. Full integration with the chamber's existing content management system with the new design scheme will also be included. A new, more comprehensive navigation system will also be implemented.
