18th Street launches second annual "Drop Your Drawers" for Oliver Gospel Mission  

18th Street Design (www.18street.com) announced today the launch of the second annual "Drop Your Drawers" clothing drive in an effort to provide essential clothing needs for Columbia's oldest homeless shelter - the Oliver Gospel Mission.

"We have always been supportive of the mission and services of the Oliver Gospel Mission. They provide such an outstanding service to the homeless of Columbia - both spiritually and physically.", stated Jay Wingard, President of 18th Street Design. "Last year's campaign was such a success with over 500 items collected, we felt this campaign would add a little extra help to their main needs - underwear and socks for homeless men."

The campaign will run from October 25 through December 15th. The public is encouraged to drop off men's underwear and socks (all sizes) to the 18th Street Design office during the campaign. For each pair of socks or underwear donated, you'll be entered to win one of three Apple iPod mp3 players. Collected donations will be delivered to the mission on December 18th.

Jana Baxley was the lucky winner of the Apple iPod Shuffle MP3 player last year.
