The Challenge
Central Midlands Council of Governments came to us to design a progressive and classic thirty second commercial to run as public service announcements on television and radio.

Using state of the art motion graphics software we designed a classic and elegant commercial that includes a custom musical arrangement composed by Jay Wingard.

The entire commercial was produced and designed in-house with the exception of the voice over.

The Result
Combining a moving soundtrack with a classic and elegant visual presentation we were able to create a thirty second PSA that not only promotes the services of the client but engages those that watch it.

By providing the services and development in-house we were able to turn over the final product within a few weeks in order to satisfy a tight timeline. This also allowed us to stay within the client's budget for this project.
